**Job Responsibilities of Quality Control**
- Responsible of approving sample from stage of Proto to pre-production stage.
- Approving print and embroidery for design, technique and colors.
- Coordinating with vendor regarding Production Planning and follow up with factories for individual order and plan accordingly for inspection / QA Planning.
- Following company standard SOP for inspection, from the pre-production meeting, pilot run, in-line, mid-line and final inspection for individual order.
- Preparing a critical path and conveying this to the factory to ensure that they are fully aware of the quality issues and production timetable required.
- Responsible for the inspection findings & its repercussions.
- Responsible for finding the immediate solutions for the Problem occurred at the production levels & bringing it to the notice of my superiors.
- Build up processes at vendor’s facility to ensure right quality of product is delivered at right time, stress on the concept of quality assurance then on quality control.
- Training the vendor & the Nominated QA person to meet our requirements.
- Coordinating / reporting on day-to-day basis to manager and generating daily report,

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹978,181.22 per year
