Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with WHO GMP standards and other regulatory requirements. The role involves leading quality audits, developing and implementing quality policies, mentoring QA teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure product quality and safety. The manager will also be responsible for addressing quality issues, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives to ensure the highest levels of production excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, including adherence to WHO GMP standards
  • Strong skills in regulatory compliance, auditing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in process improvement and risk assessment
  • Leadership and team management experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality-related challenges
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Certification or specialized training in quality management systems and pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
