**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manual Testing**:

- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of requirements and resolve issues.

**Automation Testing**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Identify opportunities for automation in existing test cases and workflows.
- Analyze automation test results and report defects or inconsistencies.

**General QA Responsibilities**:

- Work with developers and business teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.
- Ensure testing aligns with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery timelines.
- Participate in test plan reviews, requirement analysis, and design discussions.
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate test progress and results.
- Continuously improve the quality assurance process and testing tools.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Required Skills/ Qualification**:

- 1+ year in manual testing / 1-2 years in automation testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools like Jira or TestRail.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
