**We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, marketing properties, and guiding them through the real estate transaction process.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for and qualify potential buyers and sellers
- Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market and property trends
- Create effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to a wider audience
- Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling journey
- Develop and maintain a network of professionals such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in technology and social media platforms
