Designation : Content Strategist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Content Strategy: Create a content strategy that aligns with our educational goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.

2. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, podcasts, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

3. Content Calendar: Plan and manage a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely publication of content across various channels.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse content performance using metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

6. SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

7. Brand Voice and Tone: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels.

8. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategy.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree: In English, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, and marketing, preferably in the educational industry.

3. Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your content creation and strategy skills.

4. Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to write engaging, high-quality content and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

5. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

6. Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyse content performance using various metrics.

7. SEO Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.

8. Familiarity with Content Management Systems: Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

Nice to Have

1. Master's Degree/ Degree in a related field, such as Education, Communications, or Marketing.

2. Certifications: Certifications in content marketing, SEO, or a related field.

3. Experience with Educational Technology: Experience with educational technology platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) or online course platforms.

4. Knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines: Basic knowledge of accessibility guidelines for educational content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,207.06 - ₹840,000.00 per year
