**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Content Strategist** to craft and execute content strategies aligned with our goals. The role involves managing editorial calendars, creating engaging content, optimizing performance with SEO and analytics, and leveraging AI tools for scalability. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives and audience needs.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to produce engaging content across formats like blogs, videos, and social media posts.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics to boost traffic and engagement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to efficiently generate, refine, and scale content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to enhance content planning.
- Measure content performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in content strategy or related roles.
- Proficiency in SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., **Google Analytics, SEMrush**).
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
