Bihar, India Hand in Hand Inclusive Development Services Full time

**Core Responsibilities**:
v Liaison with the CSR Partner, Urban Local Body, and various stakeholders of the project.

v To ensure End - to End Municipal Solid Waste processing at the selected rural villages, which includes Daily Door to Door collection, transportation, processing, training and capacity building to the sanitary workers/Green Friends and conduct various IEC awareness activities in the project location.

v Creating Value Propositions and Obtain the Required Permissions from the Administration at every Stage of the Project Implementation.

v Planning and Accomplishment of Quarterly Milestones/ Targets with Team to deliver requirements from Administration.

v Identifying potential partners and establishing alignment with all stakeholders.

v Documenting results of on-ground activities.

**Daily Responsibilities**:
v Conduct Project Update and Strategy Meetings to update the achievements achieved and challenges faced during the Project.

v Build Rapport & Obtain Buy-ins of the CSR partner and ULB to effectively Streamline Waste Management activities.

v Create Daily Plan and Targets for Team to achieve Weekly, Monthly, and Stage Targets, and sharing visibility of implementation across the team.

v Conduct Daily Debriefs with the Team Members to obtain update on Targets achieved, challenges faced by the Team and Plan mitigation strategies.

v Mobilize and Leverage Stakeholder Networks of Local Community People, Commercial establishments, and Influencers to have effective Project Impact and Outreach

v Implement IEC and outreach program across the villages.

v Preparing and conducting capacity-building programs for the team.

v Managing daily financial transactions and maintaining compliance with HO.

v Creating detailed documentation of all project-related collateral and updates to be shared.

v Preparing presentations for client and internal team alignment.

**Qualification**

v Graduation across any field or course & post-graduation in any field of Social Sciences or MBA.

v At least 8 years of experience.

v 5 - 7 Years in Management of Projects.

v 3 - 5 Years in the field of Solid Waste Management.

v 1 - 3 Years in Government Liaising and allied.

v Written and Oral Proficiency of Hindi and English (mandatory)

v Advanced Operations of Microsoft Office.

v Stakeholder Management & Government Lessoning.

v Knowledge in Waste Management.

v Project and Team Management.

v Documentation & Presentation skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
