Position: Sales Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and managing client inquiries for interior installation projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company offerings.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the closing of sales deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and specifications.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for project execution.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase company products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles, preferably in the interior installation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, construction terminology, and installation processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and achieve sales objectives.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to professional development.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
