**Position : Senior Sales Co-Ordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
**Experience - (0-3 Years) Age Limit (25-30 years only)**

1.) Preparation of Quotations

2) Checking enquirers & sales mails

3) Sending quotation to the customers

4) Follow-up the quotations until collecting the final status from the customer whether they are ok with our prizes or they need any discounts etc.

5) Pending payments follow up.(Updation on progress of orders to customers)

6) Incase if purchase order received from customer, then need to interact with stakeholders and follow-up billing department to send the material to the client/ site until product dispatch.

7) Check & ensure monthly sales report & give feedback to sales executives, So that they will check individually how much business they are doing during the month.

8) Co
- operate work to sales executives & Daily report

9)co-ordination with field sales team and back office team.
