**Job Title: Offline Sales Agent**

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a driven and energetic **Offline Sales Agent** who thrives in the field. The role focuses on **exploring, activating, and converting new offline sources of lead generation** — from hyperlocal marketing initiatives to on-ground partnerships and brand activations. You’ll be the face of our brand in local markets, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions through creative offline channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Activate **offline lead generation sources**, including hyperlocal channels, community networks, and local area partnerships.
- Execute **on-ground marketing activities** such as events, flyers, kiosks, and brand stalls to generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, institutions, and influencers for partnership opportunities.
- Regularly visit target areas to identify high-potential zones for outreach and branding.
- Support offline branding efforts and contribute creative ideas to increase local visibility.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of leads generated through offline channels
- Percentage of leads attending appointments
- Conversion rate from offline leads
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years of experience** in offline sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Kannada knowledge is preferred.
- Good understanding of **local markets** and comfort with on-ground execution.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented with a **go-getter attitude.**:
- Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
