**Responsibilities**:
1. Skynet as ABP sales upto 40KVA and service upto 500 KVA.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for UPS systems and batteries.
3. Identify and cultivate relationships with Government and private key clients, including IT managers, data center managers, and facilities managers.
4. Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate UPS and battery solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
6. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to UPS and battery technologies.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.
9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote UPS and battery products.
10. Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
11. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the UPS and battery industry. 3. Strong technical understanding of UPS systems, batteries, and related power management technologies. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 6. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
