Role Description

Looking for an Assistant Chef to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This includes preparing meals, managing food inventory, and ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized.
- Following the orders from the head chef.
- Should follow all recipes as per the guideline and master the recipe.
- Making sure that the kitchen equipments are cleaned and in proper working condition.
- Taking dry grocery stock every 15 days.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should be willing to expand his/her knowledge by creating new recipes and the s as guided.
- Should be a team player and guide the staff below him in the proper direction as per the company's rules and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
