This is a remote position.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Tongues Translation Services LLC, a leading media translation services company. The Sales Support Representative will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team with backend support, ensuring seamless operations, efficient customer service, and accurate data management. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales support and customer engagement. Training will be provided on our proposal methods, pricing models, CRM system, and product mix.
**This is a remote position, allowing flexibility in work location. However, availability during United States EST time zone working hours is required.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the existing sales team, including but not limited to CRM data maintenance, proposal generation, pricing support, and customer correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers, Sales Team, and the CEO to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Generate accurate and compelling proposals for new customers based on provided scope and price lists, showcasing our services and value propositions effectively.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and interactions.
- Assist in managing current accounts by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor proposals to match their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to project implementation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and suggestions to enhance the sales support process.
- Uphold a professional and customer-centric demeanour in all customer interactions and correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, our services, and competitors to provide informed support to the sales team.
- Display excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication both internally and externally.
- Additional language competency is a plus and will be highly valued in serving our diverse client base.
- Adhere to the United States EST time zone working hours, as remote work is part of this position's flexibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and collaborative remote work environment.

- 2-5 years of experience in a sales support role or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of CRM data management, proposal generation, and customer correspondence.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for data entry, maintenance, and report generation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate proposal creation and data management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and interface with clients.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to grasp complex product information and convey it in a simple, compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
