**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Job Overview**: As a Sales Representative at **ARGMAC**, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies and sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and share feedback on market needs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably in [relevant industry, e.g., "technology," "pharmaceuticals," etc.]. Experience with B2B sales is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
