**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with clients effectively.
- Provide detailed information about TruelyMarry services to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone during customer interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and address their concerns promptly.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior telecalling or BPO experience is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Polite, patient, and customer-centric attitude.
- **Availability**: Must be willing to work from the office.
