-Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation:
Preparation and verification of pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents as per LC and buyer’s requirements.
Generate shipping bills (under various schemes like Drawback, EPCG, Advance Authorization, etc.) in ICEGATE.
Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, freight forwarders, and banks.
Ensure accurate filing of documents like Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory forms.
Maintain export records and comply with DGFT, RBI, and customs regulations.
Handle e-BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate) process and follow up with banks.
Manage online submissions on DGFT portal for licenses, EPCG, and advance authorizations.
Accounting:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in Tally or other ERP software.
Prepare GST returns, export-related tax documentation, and handle LUT (Letter of Undertaking) procedures for exports.
Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and reconcile accounts periodically.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and reports.
Process payments, monitor bank transactions, and manage petty cash.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of Indian export procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with GST export norms and LUT formalities.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and online customs (ICEGATE) & DGFT portal operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
