**Telesales Executive (B2B Logistics)**

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Shift Timings**: UK Shift, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Salary**: Competitive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Target Audience Engagement**: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Google, eBay, and relevant websites to identify and reach the target audience effectively.
- **Decision-Maker Identification**: Research and identify decision-makers within prospective companies and establish meaningful connections and dialogue.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess whether prospects meet the necessary volume criteria (minimum of 30 transactions per week).
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the UK Sales team with qualified leads and provide necessary context for successful pitches.
- **Lead Generation Tools**: Leverage tools and software for lead generation and prospecting to maximize efficiency and results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in lead generation tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other sales enablement software.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to manage outbound sales campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers effectively.
- Self-starter with a creative approach to outbound sales efforts, demonstrating enthusiasm and motivation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Sales team to achieve goals.

**Required Documents**:

- Proof of prior **telesales experience** in relevant industries.
- Familiarity with tools and software for lead generation.
- Evidence of handling **B2B profiles in logistics** or related fields.
