**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential international customers from provided leads.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services accordingly.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Overcome objections and close sales on calls.
- Maintain call logs, sales records, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle post-sale queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated with process knowledge, product updates, and market trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduation preferred.
- 2-6 years of tele sales or BPO experience (international voice process preferred).
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral/understandable accent.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence to engage in cold calling and pitch sales effectively.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or UK shifts as per process.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
