Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Define plans and strategies for developing business and achieving them and

measure the performances.
- Creating a successful culture of ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Ensure that the team buys media from publishers in CPM/ CPC/ CPL/

CPI/ CPA/ CPS format
- Assist the sales Lead into operations, and resources to deliver profitable

growth.
- Optimum allocation and use of assigned budgets.
- Close association with marketing functions to plan and establish channel partners.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any field
- A detailed idea about Affiliate media industry and sector wise KPI's
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively

at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
