Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and execute a long term vision for the company, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Set Strategic goals for revenue growth, market expansion and Brand development.
- Financial Management: Oversee the Salon’s Financial performance, including Budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis.
- Monitor Revenue streams, manage expenses and make informed financial decisions. Work with the Finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth Day-to-day operations of all Salon Locations. Optimize Staff scheduling, service delivery and client flow. Monitor quality standards for service and customer experience.
- Human Resource Management: Recruit, Hire and develop a high performing team of Stylist and Managers. Implement employee Training programs to enhance skills and service quality.
- Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Manage the Salon’s Brand image through advertising, social media, and public relations. Identify target demographics and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Compliance and Legal matters: Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations and licensing requirements.
- Franchise Planning : franchise planning which is designed to generate sufficient leads. Ensure that all legal, policy, regulatory and other franchising requirements are met and done so in a timely manner throughout the entire approval process. Review and understand all legal documents, policies, procedures, regulations and manuals as required from the franchise Team.
- Strong Business acumen with financial analysis and budgeting skills
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
