Backend Sales Support

Experience

Job location - Chembur

**Key Criteria**:Experience should hold in QS, estimation, quotation for products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide backend support to the sales team by managing and processing sales inquiries and orders.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications.
- Conduct detailed estimations to determine project costs, ensuring profitability and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for accurate quotes and support documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure all sales records, orders, and communications are accurate and current.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and contributing to sales reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding quotes, order status, and product information.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to confirm project feasibility and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations as needed.
- Placing orders & vendor management
- Support for the delivery & completion of the projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
