**About the Role**: We are hiring a skilled Pizza Chef to run the pizza section independently at our premium gourmet outlet. The chef must be proficient in both **Neapolitan**and **Pan-style pizzas**, managing the process from **dough to final bake**. The role also covers mezze preparation, and **knowledge of mocktails & boba tea**will be considered a strong advantage.

**Responsibilities** Prepare & manage Neapolitan (stone-baked) and Pan-style pizzas.

**Handle complete pizza process**: dough fermentation, proofing, saucing, topping & baking.

Create and serve mezze & Mediterranean accompaniments (hummus, dips, side breads).

Ensure premium quality, consistency, and presentation of every pizza.

**Manage stock, reduce wastage, and maintain kitchen hygiene.**

Suggest new recipes & menu innovations.

**Bonus**:Prepare mocktails & boba teas to complement pizza offerings.

Requirements 3-5 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef in reputed restaurants/cafés/hotels.

Proven expertise in Neapolitan and Pan-style pizza preparation.

Knowledge of dough fermentation techniques, hydration ratios, and handling deck/stone ovens.

Strong ability to work independently with ownership of the section.

**Culinary diploma/certification preferred** but not mandatory with proven skills.

Excellent hygiene, discipline, and customer service orientation.
