**Job Title: Junior Operations Executive**

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operational tasks and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tech, etc.) to ensure timely execution of processes
- Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation
- Monitor timelines, schedules, and ensure follow-ups on pending tasks
- Support client/partner communication and handle basic queries
- Assist in preparing operational MIS reports and presentations
- Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks to the reporting manager
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles (freshers welcome)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
