**Job Description**:
**Position**:Project Administrator (SAP)**

**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat

**About the Company**: A Leading Project Management Company

**Experience**: 3 - 13 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist, support and collaborate with Project Managers to meet customer expectations, fulfil contract obligations, and achieve targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget
- Assist / coordinate Project managers day to day project execution support in SAP, PEXPRO & Salesforce not limited to project opening, sales order creation, updating forecast, creating purchase requisitions etc.,
- Participate in project related handover and kick-off meetings as and when required.
- Coordinate project related tasks assigned by respective project manager with other functions - Engineering, Sourcing, Master data management, Operational purchasing, Logistics, Finance, MA Project coordinators etc.,
- Perform Master Data Material extensions in SAP based on global Bill of Material (BOM) Structure and aligning as per defined sourcing strategy.
- Assist/coordinate in setting up, reviewing, and maintaining a project schedules, as required.
- Ensure project setup and data accuracy in Project Management Tools (PEXPRO, MS project etc.).
- Act as an SAP Key User and support in ongoing SAP developments, testing and improvements.
- Managing less critical project warranty cases as per defined process.
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Perform other team related tasks as required
- Ensure to follow QHSE standards.
- Performing project tasks in accordance with processes, tools, and policies.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 03 years of experience in project administration, project control, procurement, contract & scheduling or similar
- Good working knowledge (5+years) using SAP- PS, MM; SD Modules is mandatory.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and effective interpersonal skills are required.
- Highly motivated and must be able to support on several projects effectively and accurately at one time.
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be a good team player.
