Hi, we are currently hiring for **Executive
- Learning Design** for our esteemed **Edtech** client.

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop online learning courses in Articulate Storyline software and on various learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc

2. Design and develop innovative, engaging, and effective e-learning content and courseware including graphics, video and interactivity

3. Convert static content into engaging, interactive learning experiences (e.g., scenarios, quizzes, simulations).

4. Update existing content based on required changes/updates and end-user feedback

5. Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements

6. Create and maintain eLearning templates and standards.

7. Debug and troubleshoot issues related to navigation, interactivity, and LMS compatibility. 8. Ensure version control and asset management for course materials.

**Who are we looking for?**

1. **Qualifications**: ○ Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BSc, BA, BCom, or similar)

2. **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience as an eLearning Developer or in a similar role

3. **Skills & Competencies**:
○ Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office

○ Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), or AICC standards, Audio and Video editing

○ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle (preferred), Canvas, and Blackboard

○ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

○ Strong communication skills

4. **Other Requirements**:
○ Strong content analysis and problem-solving skills for online course development

○ Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

○ Collaborative mindset and ability to work across various teams

○ Awareness of current trends in learning technologies
