Position Summary:
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the full proposal process, including Requests for Information/Quote/Proposal, Vendor Registrations, and Annual Questionnaires for renewals.
- Support the Sales team with content and materials needed for proposals.
- Attend kickoff meetings to determine the scope of each proposal and extract significant information.
- Write executive summaries and pursuit materials that articulate strategic messaging in a compelling manner.
- Synthesize and structure technical and business information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- Create, format, and edit proposals and supporting documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Incorporate revisions and feedback efficiently.
- Help build and maintain a content repository for future use.
- Stay updated with the latest industry information and trends.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s(min) or Master’s degree in Content Writing, Software Development, Marketing, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 + years of relevant experience in proposal writing, documentation writing, or content writing (preferred).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain consistency with company voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attitude, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while handling multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in writing proposals for complex or technical products/services.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
