**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate business opportunities through **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, and other portals**.
- Write effective **bids & proposals** for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Digital Solutions).
- Understand client requirements, communicate with the technical team, and prepare customized proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure **follow-ups** for project closure.
- Work with the sales & technical team to achieve **monthly targets**.
- Research and identify new platforms and opportunities for lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online bidding / IT sales / business development.
- Excellent **English communication (written & verbal)**.
- Strong understanding of IT services like software development, web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
- Ability to **negotiate, handle objections, and close deals**.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
