**Role & responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the company's needs while optimizing costs.
- Lead complete procurement activities related to raw material, consumable items, maintenance items and capex.
- Maintain master list of all purchase items in ERP and monitor their price and update as and when required.
- Get quotations from 3 vendors, analyse the costs of all and select one.
- Imported material planning and release PO considering their lead time and transit time.
- Participate in capex budget and control all purchases as per budget.
- Quarterly balance confirmation and conduct vendor audits
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favourable conditions for the company.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Release purchase orders and contracts with accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Resolve any supplier-related issues, such as delayed deliveries or quality Health insurance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
