**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to verify gold items, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Manage customer interactions, offering exceptional service and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Facilitate the buying process by ensuring proper documentation and validation of gold items.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity while handling valuable items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing after-sales support when required.
- Collaborate with the internal team to stay updated on company policies, processes, and new initiatives.
- Meet sales targets and report on daily activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn the company’s processes quickly and perform to high standards.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in the verification process.
