**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Assist with membership queries, renewals, and service-related information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure smooth coordination between members and internal teams (trainers, sales, and operations).
- Support in handling front desk operations, scheduling, and daily reporting.
- Uphold FitClub’s service standards by creating a positive and engaging member experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, or a similar industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with efficiency.

**Compensation**
₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
