**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Machine Setup & Operation**
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine setup and machining processes.
- Set up CNC machines, including installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and attachments.
- Load raw materials and monitor machining processes.
- Perform test runs and make adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Supervise machines during operation to ensure product quality and efficiency.

**2. Programming & Maintenance**
- Load pre-written CNC programs and, when required, input or adjust G-code/M-code instructions.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues and make necessary corrections.

**3. Quality Control & Safety**
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (micrometres, callipers, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications.
- Document production activities, including quality checks and machine performance logs.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**
- Prior experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CNC machine operation and tooling.
- Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (3D design knowledge is a plus).
- Skilled in using precision measurement tools and understanding machining tolerances.
- Knowledge of materials, cutting tools, and machining best practices.

**Soft Skills**
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Strong math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

**Education & Experience**
- Certification or diploma in CNC Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

**Working Conditions**
- Work performed in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
