**Job Description: Quotation/BOQ Maker/Ops sheet management**

**Location**: Bangalore, India - WFH

**Position Overview**:
Working days - Tuesday-Sunday - 6 working days ; Monday is off

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and requirements.
- Generate accurate and competitive quotations for clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand project scope and requirements.
- Utilize Excel and other relevant software tools to organize and analyze project data.
- Maintain documentation and records related to quotations and BOQs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and material information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the quotation and BOQ preparation process.
- Update operations sheets on a daily basis and notify management for errors

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Possession of a laptop is a bonus.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
- Background in Civil is a bonus
