Generate and issue invoices, credit memos etc. to customers.
- Coordinate with internal logistics team and external logistics companies to facilitate timely delivery of goods.
- Verify sales invoices prior to goods delivery to rule out billing errors.
- Coordinate with inventory team and ensure all products are updated in Tally ERP for the smooth billing operations.
- Maintain accounting records and update customer master file with all necessary documents and information.

**Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in any stream preferably **commerce**

**Experience**

Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role

**Age**

25 Years and above

**Computer skills**
- Knowledge of Tally ERP desirable

**Sex**

Male

**Functional skills**

1) Excellent time-management skills
