1) Preparing billing Issue note / demo issue note

2) Original Verification request letter preparation.

3) Machines releasing / Booking from Railway Station.

4) Courier preparation to customer (Pasting invoice copies on boxes and address).

5) Courier details update to courier register and handover the address to the concerned coordinator for arranging installation.

6) Billing and demo details update to register book.

7) Carry machine to legal metrology office for OV sealing (Occasionally).

8) Helping to load and unload machines to delivery van.

9) Returning demo machines to stock from security and demo vehicle (Occasionally)

10) Arrange machine to security point for next day early morning delivery.

11) Machine requirement chart vs availability chart preparation and send to concerned seniors for vehicle loading approvals.

12) Courier details updation (Name, machine, weight, Rate, Date and doct. number.)

13) Visit to courier office for courier booking.

14) Serial Number sticker printing and preparation to stock.

15) Other works as guided by the senior.

16) Preparing monthly reports.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
