Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Safety Officer for international projects (Indo Pacific).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To assist the site management in the implementation of company’s HSE plan / policy at site,
- Dealing with Client / Contractor / Sub-contractors for HSE Evaluation),
- Manage efficiently the External / Internal HSE Audit.
- To conduct toolbox meeting on daily basis.
- To identify the potential hazardous area, investigate & analysis Accidents.
- To prepare monthly / weekly MIS on HSE
- Preparing Risk assessment and Job safety analysis as per task
- To ensure Zero accident at execution site.
- To arrange HSE awareness sessions (Training, Mock Drills etc),
- Participation in safety walk around, HSE inspections of different sites as per approved checklist,
- To arrange training sessions for Manager / line managers and workers - Induction & Other Job Specific Trainings.
- To prepare all documentation related to Health, Safety & Environment.
- HSE Inspection of equipment’s with the close coordination of Maintenance Dept. representatives.
- To arrange & participate in HSE Committee Meeting.
- Implementation of Permit To Work from client for height work & running process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards
- Research environmental regulations and policies and institute changes to ensure compliance

**QUALIFICATION**

Degree / Diploma in Safety Management

HSE from recognized University / Institute

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
