Radiation Safety Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) to oversee radiation safety and cyclotron operations at our medical isotope production facility. The ideal candidate will hold a mandatory RSO certification from the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB), India, and possess hands-on experience with medical cyclotron systems and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the medical cyclotron and associated production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with AERB radiation safety regulations and maintain safety protocols.
- Perform quality control tests, prepare chemical solutions, and maintain laboratory and facility hygiene.
- Participate in routine facility maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Education in sciences preferred nuclear Medicine / Bachelor or Master in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- RSO Certification in Medical cyclotron from AERB India (Mandatory).
- Experience in operating medical cyclotron equipment.
- Familiarity with radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible to work in alternative shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
