Admission Counsellor

**Location**: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune (On-site)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 years (preferably in EdTech / Education Sales)
**Industry**: EdTech / Education / Training

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding educational courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet admission targets.
- Provide a positive and engaging counselling experience for all prospective students.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
- **1-3 years of experience** in student counselling, inside sales, or customer engagement (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
- Strong persuasive skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
