**Security&GA supervisor**

**Skill Requirements**:

- Having more than 8 years of experience in GA/security management of enterprises;
- Having experience in promoting GA projects from 0 to 1 is preferred;
- Being able to adapt to long-term work in India;
- Using English as work language, having more than 1 year experience in Indian English is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- FXBL site Security&GA resources guarantee and management
- Overall planning and management of resources
- Security: product security management and EHS management；
- Food: stable food supply, food safety control, environmental management
- Dorm: resource planning, environmental maintenance and improvement, to enhance accommodation satisfaction
- Transport: ensure sufficient vehicles, increase riding rate, improve vehivle satisfaction, and reduce transport costs
- Standardization and systematic promotion of GA operation procedure
- Selection/Training/Employment/Retention of Security&GA
