**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work as a the senior QA for Data & Analytics Tableau team
- Develop test procedures, scenarios, cases, datasets and SQL scripts to use in testing software
- Design, Develop, Execute and Maintain Data QA test plan, leveraging both a manual and automated methodology
- Participates in functional, regression and performance testing
- Perform comprehensive Data analysis.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Participate in Sprint planning sessions and scrum meetings
- Coordinate with other QA members at both onsite and offshore for sprint test preparation & test execution
- Adhere to QA and Agile (Kan 5-6 years of equivalent experience related to Quality Assurance/Quality Software Testing specifically in Reporting, Data Warehousing, database testing, business intelligence, and data analytics.
- Experience in developing data quality related documentation (e.g. data quality reports), business processes, working with varied computer systems and working with large datasets and complex reports
- Knowledge of QA Automation tools
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to work in an environment with deadlines and shifting priorities
- Work experience related to Insurance domain
- Experience working on relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2
- Experienced in Tableau, SSRS, SSIS, Informatica, Excel
- Experience using tools like SSMS, Toad
- Testing experience on data comparison and analysis tools - Beyond Compare, RedGate Schema and Data Compare, Excel
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
- Excellent analysis, problem solving and test skills
- Proactive and Attention to Detail
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances.
- Knowledge of Agile (Kanban) concepts would be a plus
- Experience using Jira, Confluence would be a plus Kanban) Guild Standards and process
- Defect Management -Evaluate and log defects identified and follow-up till they are fixed and retest
- Reporting - Effective communication of Test planning, preparation and execution as and when required

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participates in analysis of issues & solutions with Business analyst and other members of Squad
- Perform all possible roles according to the needs of the squad including analysis, facilitation of meetings, liaison with business customers, vendors, IT teams and help achieve the project/squad’s mission

**Requirements**:
