We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional tojoin our team as a QA Lead with Scrum Master responsibilities. This rolerequires a blend of analytical expertise, agile project management, and productresearch skills to support our product management team. The ideal candidatewill serve as a liaison between stakeholders, drive scrum ceremonies, andconduct in -depth research to inform strategic product decisions. Job Title: QA Lead Location: Pune, Work from Office Job Type: Full -time Requirements QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Computer Science, or a related field.· 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead, ScrumMaster, or similar role.· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies,including Scrum and Kanban.· Proven ability to gather and documentrequirements in a technical environment.· Experience conducting market and user research.· Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.· Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.Preferred Skills· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalentcertification.· Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, andMiro.· Familiarity with data analysis tools andtechniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).· Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
