ZS's Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprisewide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.

What you'll do:

• Leverage information from requirements-gathering phase and utilize experience to design a flexible and scalable solution.
• Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g.: agile, waterfall) and best practices (e.g.: middevelopment client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions.
• Communicate business requirements & work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation.
• Lead the development of project outputs such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and technical architecture (if needed), test cases, and deployment plans.
• Help lead user adoption and change management activities during inception, UAT and post implementation phases.
• Work with internal management and team members to understand and clarify visualization requirements / needs.
• Use advanced data visualization tools to provide an easy-to-understand interface for end users to quickly identify key themes within their data.
• Identify key business metrics measurements and develop methods to represent data in support of the measurements.
• Provide guidance and insight on data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
• Build dashboards, automated reports and report templates.
• On occasion, support multi environment Tableau infrastructure including server security, troubleshooting and general system maintenance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Production Support issue resolution.
• Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new Tableau software releases.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and tune product performance or deployment issues when required.
• Define best practices during implementation and integration of Tableau Platform.
• Experience using SQL to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis.
• Able to work directly with end users to ensure results meet their needs.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
• Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations
