
Back Office Coordinator

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation and filing of important records and reports.
Coordination: Assist in coordinating office activities and events, and support various departments as needed.
Reporting: Prepare and generate regular reports and summaries as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the back office.
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Handle routine office tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Provide support to senior staff and other departments as needed.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
