**Shift Timing**:12:00 pm to 9:00 pm**(Fixed shift)

**Salary: 15K - 18K** (depending on experience and present CTC)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Klizo team and hiring managers to understand their **technical staffing requirements** and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the **onboarding process for new hires**, including **preparing offer letters**, **conducting background checks,** and coordinating necessary paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1+ year**of **experience** as a **IT Recruiter**, preferably in **technical hiring.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written**communication skills in **English**, with the ability to clearly **articulate technical concepts** and **requirements.**:

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and efficient **recruitment process.**:

- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities**simultaneously.
- Proficiency in **applicant tracking systems (ATS)**and other **recruitment software.**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in **Human Resources, Business Administration**, or a related field is **preferred.**
