**Job Title: Customer Cum Admin Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer orders, process requests, and ensure order fulfillment is completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Prepare and process invoices, delivery schedules, and other related documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Handle calls and follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and tracking stock levels.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
