To prepare, Maintained and process physical inventory counts records into digitally on time with higher accuracy as well posted into SAP through approval process. (Prepare stock correction forms, take approvals from approved authorities). Monitor and control Non-SAP Material movements E.g., RGP, NRGP, Moulds movement (Asset). Prepare PI for purchase returns, take approvals and hand over documents to logistic team. Prepare, Maintained and store warehouse related various documents digitally or physical as per organization requirement. Additional responsibilities: Propose Improvement through lean techniques in Warehouse related documentation process and its establishment through SOP’s. Explore SAP utilization related to WH related operations. Prepare Daily, Bi-weekly, Monthly reports as per requirement. Prepare outbound shipment documents in absence of logistic executive. Assist any warehouse admin related activities to line supervisor Qualifications: BBA, B-com or any other discipline relevant courses in the field of inventory & Logistic management. At least 3-4 years of job Experience of Managing Medium size warehousing records transactions or physical operations added advantage
