**Job Description: Process Designer**

We are looking for Process Designer for senior
- level role. To manage projects of changing scopes from feasibility study, survey, design, specifications preparations, review of detailed design documents, project monitoring. **Open Position**:

- Process Designer
- Experience: 5 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of PFD with Heat & Mass Balance sheet.
- Preparation of Material Selection Diagrams(MSD).
- Preparation of Utility Flow Diagram(UFD).
- Design Pressure Design Temperature Diagram (DPDT).
- Preparation of P&ID Legend Sheets for various Packages.
- Preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
- Preparation of Intelligent Smart Plant P&IDs.
- Extraction of Reports for Line list, Valve list, Equipment List and Specialty items.
- Drafting Fire &Safety Diagram (FSD) Drawings like Fire & Gas Detection, Emergency Equipment Exit, Fire Fighting, Hazardous Area Classification Layouts.
- Utility Safety Flow Diagram (USFD)
- Quality checking of P&IDs.
- Preparation of Piping components List (MTO).
- Preparation of SP Item List.
- PFD/BFD Development, Process Design as per Engineer Comments.
- Heat Exchanger/Condenser & Reboiler Design as per engineering’s.
- Ability to lead and motivate potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
- Preparation piping layout as per engineer explanation or sketch.
- Isometric drawings with bill of material, Equipment layouts.
- Nozzle orientation drawings and as built drawings.
- Preparation of Detail Engineering and Fabrication Pressure Vessel drawings as per international codes and standards
- Developing Detailed Engineering / Fabrication Drawings Independently from the Design Specifications / Drawings
- Preparing drawings of Nozzle orientation, Vessel Platform / Pipe clips, Ladders
- Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet
- Preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagram by using the software Cadworx, P&ID
- Preparation of 3D Modelling by using the software Cadworx PLANT
- Preparation of Piping Isometrics by using the software I-SKETCH
- Isometric extraction
- Preparation of Detail Engineering and Fabrication drawings
- Supervising drafting & design team and providing technical support & Checking of Drawings.

**Essential Skills & Experience**

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Mechanical

**Preferred Experiences**
- Minimum 5 years total working experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in design and drafting works.
- Familiar with basic International Design and Drafting standards.
- Expert user of AutoCAD, Smart Plant P&ID, CadWorx, PDMS.
- Experience multiple projects will be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
