**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Drafting**: Develop detailed civil and structural designs for offshore oil and gas projects using Tekla Offshore.
- **3D Modeling**: Create and manage 3D models of structural components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and meet project specifications.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings, technical reports, and design documentation for project submission and approval.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all designs adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve design issues, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of design activities with other disciplines and offshore teams to ensure project timelines are met.

**Required Skills**:

- **Tekla Offshore Expertise**: Proficiency in using Tekla Offshore for structural design and drafting.
- **Offshore Project Experience**: At least 2 to 3 years of experience working on offshore oil and gas projects.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles, especially in the context of offshore environments.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with other relevant design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and SACS.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on offshore projects.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in Tekla Offshore or other design tools are a plus.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
