Job Title: AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller

**Job Description**:
As an AR Caller, you will play a vital role in our finance team, responsible for managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.Your primary focus will be on contacting customers to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Initiate contact with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and facilitate prompt payment.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status in the accounting system.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Identify and escalate accounts that require further action, such as collection agency involvement or legal proceedings.

Generate and analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and minimize outstanding receivables.

Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status and key performance metrics to management.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of billing and collection procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
