We are looking for a dynamic CRM & Sales Executive (Female) who can effectively connect with international clients, understand their needs, and pitch our products confidently. If you’re a smart communicator and passionate about sales, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and pitch the right products
- Build strong relationships and trust with existing and potential clients
- Handle CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and reporting
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets with smart selling techniques
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality communication at all times

**Requirements**:

- Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Confident, persuasive, and good at customer handling
- Quick learner with a positive and target-driven attitude
- Previous experience in BPO/Telecalling/CRM/Sales is a plus
- Comfortable working in the night shift (US/UK clients)
- Should be a good team player and proactive in approach
