Job Description: B2C Sales Executive
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and effectively pitch products/services that meet those needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent prospecting and closing of sales.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management regarding sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Maintain CRM database with accurate information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
**Requirements**:
*Proven experience as a B2C Sales Executive or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
